Notes: First level is an open floor plan with a large kitchen, living room and dining area overlooking the waterfront view that leads you to a large deck with a BBQ and a spectacular view of the Marina and the 2 NEWEST Casinos in the area. Also on this main floor is a full bath with shower and a 3rd bedroom or den. A spiral staircase leads you up to the two bedrooms Loft-Level with another spectacular view. The Master Bedroom has a deck of it's own along with a full bath and Jacuzzi Tub. The 2nd bedroom also has a TV and a large full bath. Sorry NO SMOKING INSIDE! The Jitney stops ½ block from your door taking you to the casino of your choice. FISHERMAN AND BOATERS DREAM Walk out the door onto the dock and get in your boat cruise. 2 short canals to the Absecon Channel and into the Atlantic Ocean or go under the Brigantine Bridge for the backwaters. Most of the time I am on site so, if you need something give me a call. 609 449 1338. FISHING has been very good.

I am not one to usually write reviews but in this case I made an exception. I came down here for the weekend W/ my family to relax , gamble a little & celebrate my 40th B-day. And I am so glad I did.

Right from the beginning when we met owner/hostess, Doreen, I knew it was all good. She is beyond friendly, accomodating & helpful. An absolute sweetheart & great to talk to. She even had birthday balloons set up for me when I got there. How sweet!

As far as the house, what can I say? Most places when u view pictures it is false & disappointing when you get there. Not here, this is not the case. These pictures do not lie. The views are beautiful. Also, a high light was feeding the ducks bread every morning.

The block is quiet & the house is beautiful & super clean. The beds are comfortable & it has a deck/patio on both levels. This place blew away my expectations. I highly recommend it & will be returning soon. It makes sense & is more economical than a Hotel. There is cab service to all the casinos which is what we did.

This is a beautiful home. The hostess was a wonderful, very attentive and extremely accomodating. The house is very clean, the view was gorgeous, and the location was very convenient. We had a very pleasant stay.

Phenomenal Last Minute Weekend Stay

What you see is exactly what you get. A [tastefully] fully furnished 3-bedroom, multi-level home on the marina, with 2-large balconies on separate floors, plenty of living space, functional kitchen, lot’s of windows and peace and quiet. Our stay by all measures was considered [by all] a successful memorable event, with the added bonus of a great hostess (Doreen), always available and willing to help with anything that was needed. This is certainly a MUST come-back to place. – Thanks Dorren
