Come fall in love with Kiawah! Our fantastic Sparrow Pond cottage has just gone through MAJOR renovation. It boasts all new baths, appliances, granite counters, and custom trim work, along with new paint and carpet. It is beautifully appointed with everything you could need. Sparrow Pond is perfectly located just minutes on foot from the beach and the neighborhood pool. Sparrow Pond is located in the West Beach area of Kiawah adjacent to miles of beautiful walking/biking trails...and close to the Straw Market Shops, West Beach Tennis Center and Cougar Point Golf Course. THIS COTTAGE IS LIKE NEW! The bedrooms include a queen in the master, a double in the second bedroom with private full bath, and twins in the third bedroom. The dining area seats six and the wonderful wrap around decks provide plenty of extra entertaining area. Our beautiful screened porch is the perfect place to relax with your coffee and morning paper...or maybe a nice evening cocktail after a day in the sun.

Great week!

We had a great week on Kiawah! The cottage was perfect for our family of five (including 3 kids 6 years of age and under). The cottage is described very well here and the owners were very helpful with questions. We rented bikes and easily biked back and forth to the beach and the pool. The beach was perfect and not at all crowded. There were more amenities in Kiawah than we expected (i.e. dining and grocery store). Kiawah was also fun to explore - looking at architecture and wildlife (fortunately we saw alligators - but not too close!!) But it's also an easy trip to Charleston - for the day or just the evening. We will definitely be returning to Kiawah!!

Perfect!

Our week on Kiawah exceeded our expectations, with accomodations which proved to be perfect. This cottage is awesome! We have three boys (3, 5, and 11) and found it to be plenty of space. With the beach a mere 10 minute walk away, the pool 5 minutes, shopping and dining on the island....you couldn't possibly want for anything else. The cottage is clean (spotless in fact), up-to-date, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property. The owners have done a wonderful job making their guests feel at home.

Beautiful Cottage / Great location

We felt so at home in this totally renivated cottage! It's just a short walk to the beach & super close to shopping & golf! The kitchen is equipped with just about anything you need. We had friends staying on the Island & had dinner parties with ease. The beds are comfy & the house is spotless! We felt like we were in a tree house with the woods all around us...very cool! Especially for my kids from NYC! It was a memorable family vacation & we all can't wait to go back to Kiawah!!

Just Perfect!!

What an awesome week we had in this cottage! It is perfectly maintained and updated, very clean, and just-right comfortable! We loved the screened-in porch and convenient location to the beach, pool, parks, stores, and bike paths. We thought we may have made a mistake not being right on the beach, but ended up loving the seclusion and "woody" feel of this place, with just a quick bike ride to the beach. Great value and could not have asked for anything better!!

Chillaxin!!!

Family of 5 and grandparent--we all fit wonderfully! Great house and location---clean, cozy and had all the things you would possibly need! ......Convenient to beach and pool!!! Private and quiet..Will definintely recommend to future renters! Alison was very helpful with our planning! We also enjoyed the alligator sightings :)
