September at Le Cantegril

We enjoyed the apartment very much and Monsieur Norbert was very helpful.
We loved the view and sat outside as much as possible, although the view from the sofa through the glass doors is still excellent if it's too cold to be out. The walk up from the harbour certainly provided daily exercise!
The white, spacious minimalist look allows one to settle into the place without being intimated by what can be dark and heavy French decoration, and too much clutter. However, a couple of pictures on the wall to provide some decoration would be nice and my wife felt the lack of a mirror outside the bathroom. A mirror for the bedroom at least would be helpful.
The bathroom was clean, modern and well lit, and the kitchen worked, though we didn't do any cooking. The large refrigerator is excellent for people on holiday. A few more glasses would have been welcome eg some champagne flutes, and a few more wine glasses. I guess there have been breakages. We also drink a fair amount of coffee and tea, especially if the weather is a little cooler, as it was this year, so we ran through the mugs before the dishwasher was full enough to put on.
These are small points and one is having to dredge towards trivia to raise criticisms. I guess the mirror and a few more glasses would be the main things, otherwise an excellent apartment and an enjoyable stay,
Best wishes,
Paul
Owner's Response: As Paul realised glasses do get broken. I have just been to the apartment and made sure we are well stocked again. Will put forward a request for a mirror as suggested. We look forward to welcoming you to Le Cantegril. Mattie
