The well-equipped villa for 8 - 10 persons is decorated sympathetically in a modern french style. It is located in quiet wooded area, close to the picturesque village of Biot and 7 kms from Valbonne, another typical village of the South of France. The garden is very suitable for children, including toddlers. A terrace with removable barriers to prevent the children from reaching the swimming pool is alarmed. Marineland, a marine zoo, with orcas, dolphins, otaries, penguins appeals to youngsters and also to those who are older. Tennis and golf can be played in Biot. The villa is within a few steps of the departmental natural reserve of Brague which can be explored by foot or bicycle and is close to a bus stop with direct service to ? Biot, Valbonne, Cannes, and Antibes. Stylish Cannes is 15 minutes by car, the nearest beach 7 kms and Nice 15 kms. We suggest don't miss visiting the nearby islands (not included in the rent!).

Great holiday in Biot France

Magnificant villa in beautiful setting. On the road between Biot and Valbonne. Great market in Valbonne on Friday morning.
Villa is 10 mins to Biot train station by car or number 10 bus (stops outside gate). Public transport excellent.
Biot station is on the Nice to Cannes line...convenient to explore coast line. Short drive inland to beautiful villages like Grasse/ St Paul de Vence. Marineland / Aquasplash near Biot train station -great for children/teens.
Villa is very clean, well equipped and spacious. Owners were extremely pleasant to deal with and helpful. Great holiday!
