Additional information about rental rates

  • * A refundable security deposit is required- $250 for weekly rental, $500 for monthly rental, $750 for multi-monthly rental. Condo will be inspected upon departure and money will be refunded if it passes inspection.

    * 50% of total rental fee + security deposit is required upon reservation. 50% of rental fee is due one week before arrival. For multi-month rentals, pay is negotiable.

    * Upon reservation, a lease will be sent to you to be signed and returned before you arrive.

    * Cleaning is 75.00 each week for a weekly cleaning, or $150 each month for a monthly cleaning.

    * Someone will meet you when you arrive to give you the keys and answer any questions you might have.
