Property must be left Fully Locked with all Fans, Lights, and Water off. Failure to leave the Home Locked will result in a $100.00 fee charged to vacationers credit card. Vacationer agrees to lock Home, and turn everything off when out for the day or night. This allows us to maintain a low rental rate for your best deal.
