Waterfront Home with wrap-around deck, water views from every window, deep water dock and semi-private beach on quiet Great Island. This recently updated home features a full service kitchen which opens into the living and dining area, 2 bedrooms but sleeps 8 comfortably, Laminate floors, full-sized washer and dryer and all the comforts of home. Rental area described is found on the upper floors of the house. The lower levels are for owner storage are not available for rent.

Great Island is nestled at the southern end of Narragansett, 1/8 mile from the Block Island Ferry and the Port of Galilee. You can stay on the island and feel as though you have left the world behind - or venture off island and find everything a vacationer could want within 15 minutes or less - world class dining options, family friendly restaurants, cafes, delis, miles of sandy beaches, grocery stores, pharmacies, specialty shops, spa services, medical facilities, first class physicians, golf courses, mini-golf, roller skating, boat charters/rentals, fishing. Newport is a 30 minute drive, while Providence is about 50 minutes away.

  • To reserve your week(s), a $300 reservation deposit with a signed rental agreement is required. 120 days prior to move-in, 50% of the total rental fee + the $100 non-refundable cleaning fee is required. The remaining 50% of the rental fee will be due 60 days prior to move-in.

We loved the great room space...we could cook, eat and relax all together! The house was clean...all new appliances....nice furnishings....and the beds were EXTREMELY comfortable! The fabulous location provided wonderful views from every room....really from every window! We had a fabulous FAMILY vacation. The only thing missing was an outdoor shower!
