This is a unique house, simple but elegant, designed to create shelter while feeling like you are continually ' on the beach'. Every room has large sliding glass doors and windows that afford marvelous views of the Atlantic Ocean. This contemporary version of a Bahamaian cottage has all of the conveniences of the 21st century including flat screen satellite TV and gourmet kitchen.

Description of the house: The house is a very contemporary version of a Bahamian cottage with beautiful gourmet kitchen, flat screen satellite TV, high speed internet, air conditioning and all of the conveniences of the 21st century. The house is made up of two parts separated by a wrap around deck. The main house contains the great room and guest bedroom and bath. The other house is for the master bedroom and bath on the top floor with sweeping views of the crescent beach and guest bedroom and bath below. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms are spacious with large closets and queen size beds. The great room combines living, dining and cooking in a space that is truly the heart of the house. An outdoor shower and many decks are surrounded by a beautiful native garden with hummingbirds and butterflies galore. Vine covered trellises envelop the entry.
