Historic converted 1890's boathouse in the middle of Greenport Village. This charming 3 story, shingle-style home is walking distance to the yacht basin, village shops, restaurants & wine bar, train & bus stations and many other amenities. Several beaches are a short walk or bike ride away. The house has had an authentic historic restoration and now boasts a formal Dining Room & Living Room with fireplace on the ground floor. Both the Living Room & Kitchen open on to a patio and deck respectively through huge 8'-0' french doors. The patio looks over a mature garden while the deck is enclosed by a shady arbour and makes an ideal summer dining spot. A covered porch, also off of the Living Room is perfect for enjoying the late afternoon light. On the second floor is the Master Suite. The huge bedroom has a fireplace, walk in closet and master bath. The third floor has a sitting room and bedroom. In the basement, which is fully finished, also has laundry room. There is parking for 1 car.
