PAYMENT OPTIONS: PAYMENT OPTION 1: Deposit 50% into our business Citibank account in the U.S. and pay the balance in Col pesos or dollars at the time of arrival to the apartment administrator. PAYMENT OPTION 2: Credit cards accepted thru PayPal. If using PayPal there is an additional 3% charge from PayPal added to the deposit. PAYMENT OPTION 3: You can arrange to pay the deposit to our administrator in Cartagena or deposit 50% into our bank account in Cartagena and pay the balance at the time of arrival.

Reservation policy:: Reservation policy: 50% would be needed to hold the reservation and the balance would need to be made and clear one week prior to arrival. If you prefer, you can pay the full amount at once or use payment option 1

Cancellation & Return Policy: Two weeks or more prior to arrival full-refund less $100 administration fee. Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to arrival no refund unless we can re-book the apt. for the same dates in which a full refund less $100 administration fee will be subtracted. All cancellations must be via email and verified.

Other Activities: Take a horse carriage ride thru the old city, chiva tours or Visit the Rosario islands
