You will be right in the heart of the historic district, and be able to walk & bike to everything. Pearl Street is 2 blocks away, and CU Boulder is right up the street. Location, location, location.... The guest suite is very private and completely furnished in 5 star luxury. (900 sq. ft ) It is Very well appointed. The home was constructed in 1900, and has been totally renovated and restored.We are only the 4th owner in 108 years.This is Boulder at it's best. The home is being considered for a feature article in the magazine,'This Old House' Venetian plaster. Reclaimed 150 year old floors. 2 fireplaces. Built in desk area with great storage.   • We have had guests compare this bathroom to the Four Seasons in NYC (SIC) It has Venetian stone throughout. The shower is amazing. The antique vanity is fully furnished with every possible amenity. Luxurious robes, soaps, conditioners ; hair dryer. Great towels.

My husband & I stayed for a long weekend. Top rated. I wanted to add a comment because I left in a hurry and forgot my jewelry case. There were priceless heirlooms in the satchel as well as a gold Rolex. The entire flight back to New York, I could not recall if I had packed the satchel or not. To find upon landing at JFK a voice mail from Richard was such a relief. He mailed the package and even insured the entire contents.

We love the Schuh Home! Everything we needed was furnished from linens and toiletries to pots and pans, coffee and tea, and even extra light bulbs. The house is comfortable and classy...very nice decor! The bed was the best. The bathroom was even better. They had the vanity stocked with every imaginable item. Nice towels ++

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and we especially enjoyed being such a short walk to the Hike and Bike Trail on Boulder Creek. Also, the location is very central, right downtown and close to CU. This was way better than staying at a hotel. The owners were great, unobtrusive but always available if needed. We will definitely stay at the Schuh Home on our next visit to Boulder.

Oh what a vacation we had! Staying at the guest suite went beyond our wildest dreams! We were glad we picked Kelly & Richards place to spend our Anniversary, romantic was an understatement! We felt like we were coming home every time we'd come back to the "Guest suite" after a long leisurely day in Boulder. Stay again...can we live here?? Thanks for an awesome experience, we will definitely be back, again and again until we can move to Boulder permanently!

A complete pleasure to stay in such an marvelous home. The guest suite is part of a million dollar plus historic home right off Pearl St. My husband and I came for a conference and did not even rent a car. Kelly & Richard could not have been more accommodating. Very clean, very private and very very luxurious. Thanks !!!
