Cross the street and you have free front row seats to the DY Red Sox home games. The DY Red Sox is a Cape League team. The Cape League has been around for over 100 years and is the league of future pros. The house is also a 2.7 mile rollerblade or bike ride from the beach. It is a 30 second jog from the DYleisure complex including free use of tennis, soccer, football, track and baseball fields. The DY Red Sox offer morning camps for children. Daily tennis lessons are also offered for adults and children every morning. It is a 5 minute walk to a swimming lake with lifeguards. So close by...So much to enjoy ...So much more when driving rt 28 (minutes'away)- restaurants, mini golf, zooquarium, fishing, shopping, Salt water taffy shoppes, etc.. 15 minutes away is the Melody tent including acts like Jo Jo, Bill Cosby, Trisha Yearwood, etc. Neighboring attractions: Chatham (25 minutes)The Movie'Golden Boys'filmed here Orleans (25 minutes)Nauset Beach-Big Waves etc.

The place worked well for us. It was clean and in good order. Quiet neighborhood and near to everything. Everything you need for being away. Furniture was nice and TVs in every room. Washer/Dryer was handy and we enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub. Joe was accomadating and made sure things went well. I would definitely rent this again.
