There are places to visit if that's on your agenda like the Colonial Old San Juan City, there are 2 great golf clubs 5 minutes away and El Yunque Rainforest is a national park to spend the day with nature with a 20 minute drive. Local Tour operators provide tours around the island and nearby islands on catamarans or sailboats. Take a day to visit the smaller islands of Puerto Rico like Vieques and Culebras. No Passport required if traveling from Continental US for US Citizens.
