Located in building 4 of the St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort, this 3rd floor condo is a great place for some quality time at the beach with the family! Complete with everything you need to keep expenses reasonable and chores manageable, the unit has a full service kitchen (w/all the standard appliances & cooking/eating necessities). All you need to do is bring the food! There's even a small washer/dryer to keep the suits ready for use! The dining & living areas are designed for real use (not just showcasing); cable TV included! There's a lovely balcony w/table and chairs to enjoy as well. The resort boasts 24/7 security at the front gate and direct beach access is by key only. There are 2 outdoor pools (1 heated in winter), Jacuzzis, tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard & more. For a day away from the beautiful beach, historic downtown St. Augustine is close by. The oldest city in the US has lots of fun and learning to offer! (Disney is 100 miles, Daytona 50.)

Aside from sunning and swimming at the beach, there's lots of golfing nearby (World Golf Village, Royal St. Aug. Golf, St. Aug. Shores Golf). There's a ton of fishing, boating & water sports, even parasailing to enjoy. There are nearby outlet malls for shopping (off I-95) as well as galleries & small shops to discover in town. The interesting history of this old Spanish post is fascinating to learn about & it's a must see for any pirate lover too! There are many museums in the old city: Ripley's Believe it or Not, Lightner (19th C. objects), even a wax museum! There are so many different types of tours to choose from: walking, eco, air, ghost, carriage, train & trolley! Flagler College in downtown St. Augustine also boasts amazing Spanish Renaissance architecture. There's loads of fabulous seafood dining to be had (generally in a casual atmosphere) & day spas for relaxing. There's really something for everyone to enjoy in this little gem of a tourist destination!

Clean, Comfortable and Affordable!!!

After numerous weeks of searching for a place to stay with my Husband and Parents, I came across this property! The owners were very accomodating and helpful! The Condo is very clean and perfect for 4 or more people. It has 2 pools, Tennis Courts and an area wit a BBQ Grill and picnic Tables. We used it all!! We visit St. Augustine often, due to the fact that our children went to Flagler College (Graduated) and have chosen to remain in Florida! I will definately return here and feel no need to look for anywhere else to stay!! This is my HOMEAWAY!!!!!
