PRIVACY, privacy, privacy on this 2 acre lot with over 300' shoreline and you can't beat the view in this 5 bedroom, 3 bath chalet on a wonderful waterfront lot on Smith Mountain Lake! Great room w/ vaulted ceiling &breathtaking views of the lake through a wall of windows! 2 sets of sliding glass doors lead out to the open deck where you can relax and enjoy the sunsets. Main level features 3 bedrooms (King bed in master suite) 2 bathrooms, kitchen, great room & laundry. The upper loft has the 5th bedroom. Lower level family room w/ pool table, Foosball table, 1 bedroom (King) and 1 bath. The covered rain-proof patio, w/ porch swing, is the perfect spot to catch up on summer reading. Very gentle lawn leading to a nice dock w/ 2 Covered Boat Slips, each with a hoist, floater and electricity. A/C. The home also includes washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 TVs w/ satellite, DVD player, charcoal grill. Plenty of parking, basketball goal and concrete pavilion in the rear of the home. So great!

I bring my family to Smith Mountain Lake every year and now that I have found this home, I won't switch to another! The kitchen has every possible thing you need to make a great meal, plenty of utensils, dishes, pots and pans are in excellent condition. Oh, yeah, the view from the kitchen window as well as every window in the house is spectacular. I love this home because I'm the cook and my family loves this home because the waterfrontage is so easily accessible and so close to the house!
