We are private owners and we've spared no expense or detail in remodeling this luxurious Florida vacation rental. Located near the Venice, Florida and Englewood, Florida city borders. Seven miles from a major interstate highway (I-75), one mile west of SR776 in a secluded neighborhood with luxury homes on half to five-acre lots. A hassle to get the deposit back

This home is in a nice location and was adequately furnished. It was a true hassle to get our deposit returned; as others noted, it took several emails and nearly 4 months.

nice location but bad hosts

we stay there and had a wonderfull time. It is located a few minutes from th beach. Very nice.
We paid deposit and cleaning fee. After 5! mails and 6 weeks we get deposit back but no cleaning fee. The host don`t answer any mail. We get deposit back by paypal. they told us we made a damage in the floor. Until today we get no pictures of these or the bill for cleaning.

Excellent Accomidations

This vacation rental is one of the best places we've ever stayed in florida. We've been vacationing in florida for a month every year for 14 years. This rental was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed walks through the quaint neighborhood in the morning and walked to see the beautiful sunsets in the evening. Very, very excellent experience.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Wonderful Vacation Rental

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful rental for the month of September 2008. The accomidations were top notch. The beach is wonderful and very private. The rental was very clean and welcoming and the neighborhood is very quiet. I would recommend this rental to anyone interested in visiting the Venice and Englewood Florida area.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great Stay, slow on deposit return

This was the second time we stayed at this property and each time we have enjoyed it very much. Our family stayed here 4 years ago the month of May and again June-July 2008. The location to the beach is great, it is a short pleasant walk with great sight seeing along the way.

The only problem we have had is the slow return of our deposits after a our first stay, and so far no return of deposit after second stay, with no explanations or returns of our calls or email inquires as to why. It's middle of September now still no reply
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: We offer all our guests the opportunity to get a cleaning fee refund. We have a list of criteria that if met will allow for a full refund of the cleaning fee. If the rental is not left clean and we have to hire a service to clean the rental, the cleaning fee will not be refunded.
