This gem is located in the heart of Pacific Palisades called the Village Greens. Pacific Palisades is nestled on the water between Malibu and Santa Monica. So no matter what you feel like doing on your vacation, there's something for everyone in the family! You'll be able to enjoy the quiet serenity of this beach side community that offers all kinds of different adventures! Hike thru the Topanga Canyon trails to visit picturesque natural waterfalls or enjoy a 5 star meal at just one of our local restaurants such as the famous Georgio Baldi's! You can walk to Starbucks in the morning for your coffee and newspaper to start out your day and then if you feel like watching some dolphins frolic in the morning sun, just take a leisurely stroll down to Wills Rogers State Park and beach! Every major bank, gourmet market, and quaint local restaurant is just right outside your door...and every Sunday is one of LA's best organic farmers markets.

Unbelievable experience, okay so you are not right next to the beach but just drive down the hill and you have all the beach you want. The location was perfect, 10 minutes from Santa Monica and 10 minutes from Malibu. The town of Pacific Palisades was cute, quiet and very safe. We had everything that we needed at our finger tips. The condo was fabulous! It was fully stocked with everything we needed and than some, lots of storage and room for the kids, internet, cable, awesome BBQ, pool and very safe. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Don't miss out.
