Great Family Condo very, very close to the beach!!

My family recently stayed in this condo for a weeks vacation. We had a wonderful time, we go to the beach every summer for one week and this was our best week yet. I attribute a lot of it to the place we stayed. We had a very short walk to the beach so our kids could handle that. The accomodations in the condo were wonderful, it was a very neat and clean place to stay with a nice home-like feeling. We loved having a full kitchen and laundry, which is a great bonus with small children. Also the location for us was perfect, we were able to enjoy going to Ocean Citys boardwalk and we took a short drive down the coast to Rehobeths Boardwalk. We got to experience both Maryland and Delaware and what they had to offer for a wonderful vacation. I would definitely consider staying here again. The owner of the condo is great to talk to and deal with. She truly wants you to have a great time and experience. She is very personable and really wants her guests to feel like they are at home. We couldn't of asked for a better host or place to stay. It was also quiet which we loved. We did not have people right outside being loud or disruptive when our children were trying to sleep, which in years past staying at some of the local hotels we would have noise from outside or in the hotel. This was truly a peaceful and relaxing vacation. I would reccommend this condo for anyone, a single person or a couple or a family. It truly was our best vacation yet, we hated to see the week end.

We were delighted with our little place on the beach. It was pretty, comfortable, and immaculately clean, beautifully run, and right next to the beach. The owner made us feel at home with her thoughtful touches for us and our two year old granddaughter. I recommend it to anyone.

stay could not have been better... A+++

The House was so clean and everything we could need was there. We had a 2 year old with us and the owner did a baby proofing before we came so we really could enjoy our stay! The condo is so close to the beach!

The security deposit was promptly returned (in the time frame specified). We have never stayed at a place with a better owner! Plenty of menus, maps, guides were available. Wireless internet was included and an easy setup. Absolutely nothing was broken/dirty/not working. Also the unit is a ground level so NO STAIRS!! Which is a huge place for a family with young kids or if you have someone with you in a wheel chair.

I will 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a 1 bedroom condo in OC, MD near the beach but away from the busyness.

Second Time Renter

This was the second time we rented this condo. It was just as clean and welcoming as the first time, last July. The condo is very well maintained and cleaned. It has all the amenities that we needed and it felt like we were staying in a friend's home. Owner is accomodating and worked to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We have a 17 month old and were concerned that she might cause damage or hurt herself. The owners went out of their way to "babyproof" the condo as much as was reasonably possible. The neighborhood is quiet, helpful when you have a light-sleeping toddler. There is a patio that is great for people watching or having meals. Kitchen is fully stocked. What else can I say. I have no complaints and can't think of anything extra that we needed. We'll definitely return for a third time.

Beautiful Condo!!

My husband & I stayed at this condo in July 2009 and the property is one of the cleanest ever! The location is perfect as it's just two buildings off the beach and the condo is located on the ground floor for easy access. The area is very quiet and the off street parking is great. The property is fully stocked with anything that you could possibly need. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The owners, Patti and Jac are a joy to work with. Thank you for a great vacation!! We will be back!!
