Casa Yemanja, the beach house of your dreams. Brazil beach village: Cumbuco, (30 minutes north of Fortaleza)Description: A house named after the Oricha sea god. It is a sanctuary made to give families and kite surfers a true paradise experience. The house is located a block away from the center of the Cumbuco village. Included: A large swimming pool. Sea view over the beach, the surrounding village and the majestic sand dunes. A large steam sauna next to the pool. A big lounge with a bar and fantastic view over the surrounding scenery. 24 hour full service personnel. A very talented chef and a house keeper with perfection in mind. Internet connection. A large garden. Walking distance to every thing needed, 70 meters to the best restaurant in the village and 200 meters to the beach, still the house has total privacy.

The area is a ecological oasis with it's 5000 kilometers of beach and sand dunes the area has no dangerous animals, and a beautiful landscape suitable for beach buggy safari's. Sand boarding, quad riding, water skiing, paragliding, horseback riding and more. Still it is only 30 minute drive to get into Fortaleza, the 3rd biggest city in Brazil filled with restaurants, nightlife shopping and more.

Great experience, close to all required places in Cumbuco, close to kite beaches and excellent restaurants.

Beautiful home in Cumbuco

If you are looking for an amazing home to rent in Cumbuco, you have just found it! Casa Yemanja is a wonderful home that can comfortably accommodate two families in the 5 bedrooms. The owner is a friendly and helpful European who has been fortunate to find a trustworthy Portuguese family to maintain the quality built home and take care of your every need. This includes, shopping, cooking, and cleaning (for a very affordable fee). Simply put, this house is beautiful, great value, and I can’t wait to go back next year!!! My only hesitation in writing this review was that I will be creating more demand for a property that I love. Finally, did I mention the fantastic kiting?

Casa Yemanga, Cumbuco, Brazil

We stayed at Casa Yemanga, an immaculately kept newly built 5 bed-roomed villa set in a well-maintained and lush tropical garden with a swimming pool. The caretaker family (Marcus and Leni) took great care of us, and we really enjoyed their friendly hospitality. It was wonderful to have our meals cooked and served. We experienced many tasty fish dishes especially those done on the BBQ with several varieties of fish, king prawns and Crayfish, all freshly caught and brought ashore by the local fishermen.
The villa was only a short walk to the beach, and very handy to the centre of the fishing village, with its mini market, artisan shop and surf boutiques. Two very good restaurants were just around the corner. Car hire, beach buggies and Taxis were easily arranged locally. We would certainly like to return to Casa Yemanga.
