A wonderful experience!!!

We stayed at Casa Amor mid Jan 2009 for 1 week and were pleasantly surprised. We were hoping it would be as nice as the pictures portrayed but were just thrilled as it was beyond our expectations! The condo was gorgeous and the view was to die for!!! We were lucky enough to see whales from the balcony and got some of the best sunset pictures ever. What made this location especially nice was that it was quiet and away from it all, but, at the same time....was only a 5-7 min bus ride into town. The shopping, restaurants, art galleries, and clubs were all within minutes away!
We defintely hope to book this condo again next year!!!!

Casa Amor is to Love

My daughter, son in law and I stayed here in April. It was beyond great. I felt right at home which is an experience hard to find in commercial rentals. The staff at the condo were sooooo helpful and a delight to be around. What can I say about Casa Amor,,,,,,,,,,beautifully furnished with such artsy touches. Two great flat screen TVs and satellite TV with plenty of english speaking channels. Included were even books to read and late in the week we found a stocked bar. We over bought so the bar is a little better, I hope now. The waves were loud but sounded oh so good. Susan was a delight to do business with and I will certainly come again. Thanks, Susan, for all your homey touches that made this vacation very special and relaxing.

Relaxation....

We stayed March 18-25th 2009 and we had a wonderful relaxing time. The condo was just like the pics and more. The view is to die for!! The shower in the master bedroom is awesome and the condo was comfortable and clean. The beach is very private except for some locals on either ends. Make sure to see the crabs all over the rocks on the beach. If we had to say a negative thing it would be the construction going on next to the building was a little disturbing when relaxing on the beach and the pool closed at 10pm and the beach was not accessable through the condo after 8 (you have to go down the street and down a dark trail). The bus runs right in front of the condo so it is easy to get around and downtown was awesome for night life and dining......you just have to take a cab back if it is after 11. We also ended up seeing a whale the last day which was exciting. The pelicans sure like to dive bomb for the little fish in the ocean too...........they were fun to watch! Thanks so muc Susan for opening your home and letting us make it ours for a week.......we definitely will be back! Hola from Colorado Springs!

The View Cannot Be Beat!!!

We stayed in this condo March 11th - 18th 2009. We were lucky enough to catch the tail end of the whales visit to Puerto Vallarta and it was amazing to be in your own condo and see them off the balcony. In addition to the whales we saw Spotted Eagle Stingray eating in the mornings, Needle Fish as well as many different kinds of fish and birds. This condo sits on a perfect beach.
The trip into town was very simple and pleasant. The people of Puerto Vallarta are amazing, helpful and downright friendly. The neighbors at this condo are very friendly and helpful. The pictures of this condo do not do it justice. You will enjoy your stay and S. will make sure of it. Our trip as a whole went off with any problems what so ever. Could not have been a better vacation. We want to thank you S.

Awesome place to be. My family loved it.

We stayed at this place for two weeks and it was marvelous. It was a lovely place with top of the line equipments. All stainless steel appliances, two plasma TVs, Philips surround sound system, and huge deck to enjoy the 180 degrees view. As a chef, I enjoy using the kitchen as it has everything you need to cook gourmet cuisne. The king-size beds are very comfortable and with fresh sheets and nice cleaned cover. I think Susan the owner really goes out of her way to make sure her renters enjoy her place. The beach is a little unpredictable. Sometime it can be very rocky and another day, you have a perfect Hawaiian sand. I don't usually like to swim in the ocean but Punta Negra is a lovely place to do so due to its soft-fined sand and gradual beach. You will see many locals swim and fish on the beach.

It is a little south of Old Town but very easy bus ride which comes every 5 minutes max.

The waves can be a little loud in the middle of the night. I have never thought that would bothered me but after a while it gets a little irratating. My wife and kids did not mind at all.

Enjoy this place if you want a little quiet place, reasonable price, and away from tourists. It is highly recommended. Thanks
