This two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath, mini townhouse offers unusual privacy and a unique residential experience. Though it has a modest amount of natural light and is very compact, it is our most economical residence in the West Village. The mews itself is a small, gated community. The front of the duplex has a table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Quiet family-friendly area

Two-level townhouse in gated community. Suited our family of 3 adults. Two-way bathroom upstairs with 2 bedrooms and another toilet and vanity downstairs with living area and kitchen. Clean and well appointed but rather dark - definitely more lighting needed. Pay laundry in basement of main apartment building around the corner which we used quite often during our 2-week stay. Take old $5 notes for machine as it doesn't take new ones. Because we stayed this length of time, we found having these extra facilities rather than a hotel room to be invaluable. This area great for shopping; close to Bleeker St and walk to Soho. Owner, Herrick Guest Suites, were professional and efficient in their dealings with us. Would recommend this property - but ask about more lighting.

quiet accomodation in great location

This was ideal for our family of five. Compact but ample size and very quiet as off the road in a mews. Very comfortable and good value as a hotel would have been a lot more. Not a lot of natural light but great for our stay just before Christmas. Lovely and warm in very cold weather and everything needed was provided.
