Enjoy your stay in our relaxing and fully furnished condo. Available for short or long term rentals, it features a heated pool right on the banana river, like new tennis courts, and other fine amenities. The meticulously maintained grounds greet all who enter with a tropical feast for the eyes. The large two bedroom two bath condo is over 1160 square feet. Absolutely everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided - all linens, towels, cookware, dishes, beach towels & chairs. This first floor condo features many upgrades including cool white tile, a custom built bed, and a master suite with an over-sized walk-in closet. The condo has a full-size kitchen, its own washer/dryer, tons of storage and a reserved, covered parking spot just outside the door. Peeks of the Banana River and heated pool can be seen from the large 30 ft patio of this unit. It’s a one minute walk to the pool and river and only a ten minute walk to un-crowded beaches and the Cocoa Beach Pier.

There's three telephones in the condo, with one being in the master bedroom. There's two TVs in the condo, with one being in the master bedroom. The master bedroom, along with the living room, each have a vertical blind covered slider that leads out to the large, screened-in patio. The guest room provides tons of storage from a large closet with shelving, a six drawer bureau, and night stand. This room has plantation shutters over the windows.

Guest Comments: My husband and i stayed in this nice condo for 6 months and loved it! costa del sol is a beautiful and quiet condo complex. the heated pool was a great plus for us! great location right behind the new Publix and just a couple blocks to the beach! Also nice peaceful neighborhoods away from the traffic on A1A for walking. TRY IT YOU WILL LOVE IT!!! Getting Around: Since everything is so close to our condo, you could easily walk to the grocery, restuarants and bars. However, to see even more variety, you have some convenient options. First you can rent bikes or cars at the many nearby rental shops, or you can take the local public transporation. Daily service of the Cocoa Beach trolley (bus) runs down A1A, pass many stores and attractions, then circles back by many of the popular beach areas too. NASA: It would be hard to leave this area without a trip to NASA. How many places can people actually launch into outer space? And where else can you see actual space shuttles and the science that enabled them? The short drive to NASA may take 10-15 minutes, but the memories will last a lifetime. Home away from home...location, location, location!

We had the opportunity to stay at this property for 3 months during the winter of '09. We felt right at home in the condo and on the Costa del Sol property. We found the condo nicely docorated and furnished...all our needs were met. The other residents at CDS are very welcoming and being so close to the beach and shopping center was a plus.

We will be returning in 2010.

We stayed for the month of march 2008 There was nothing you could wish for that was not provided. The kitchen was complete as far as utinsels. Would stay there again.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for the month of May and loved everything about it. Close to the beaches and shopping is very convenient. Also great restaurants near by. We also did a lot of walking. It is like living in the country.
