This open space apartment is located on the ground floor. It is just perfect for families of 5 members (especially if they include teenage children), and also for 2 couples or groups of 4/5 adults. The apartment is divided in 3 levels: the main level includes a living/dining room with a sofa, a completely equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The upper level is composed by a loft with a queen sized bed and a single bed (please notice that there are no walls that separate the lofts from the living room, so there is little privacy). The basement level includes an open space with 2 chair beds, a gym area, a bathroom with a shower and a wardrobe. The apartment includes a TV set, Internet (wi-fi), air conditioning, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an iron, a DVD player and a vacuum cleaner.

Means of access: The nearest metro station is 'Romolo' (450 meters), or 'Porta Genova' (900 meters, 1 minute by bus) From the airport Linate there is the Bus no. 73 that takes you to the city centre'San Babila', then you can take the metro. From the airport 'Malpensa' and from the airport 'Orio Al Serio' there are no-stop buses that takes you to the railway station 'Milano Stazione Centrale', and there you can take the metro. Hints and Tips: Close to NAVIGLI. Navigli area is the most visited by Milan residents, due to the presence of numerous restaurants, fashionable bars and ethnic clubs. Some decades ago the Navigli circle, which was constituted by small navigable channels that are almost disappearing, encompassed the historic city centre of Milan. Nowadays the ancient handicraft shops of Milan, which date from the beginning of the century have been replaced by modern shops and restaurants, turning the area into one of shopping, design and clubs. You can also visit the Sanctuary of Santa Rita da Cascia and the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, which is an excellent example of renaissance architecture. There are good connections to the underground, bus and tramway that allow you to reach the main tourist attractions of the city.

Description and photos of appartment were accurate. Proximity to transport, supermarket, on street free parking a plus. Facilities adequate for our family with teenagers and with all that was required for a comfortable stay. Original interior. Enrico was very helpful & provided enough information to help us during our stay.

It was easy to get on to the tram and get to the center. The owner was very helpful. We did enjoy our stay there but would have been nice if there was more hot water.
Owner's Response: Hello Cindy.
I am sorry for the hot water, but I think that someone before your arrival has accidentally changed the temperature. There is a knob that controls the water heating under the electric boiler. I am available always 24 hours a day for give assistance to my tenants, if I'd known this, we could solve the problem in 1 minute.

The Milan loft was generally comfortable. We were surprised to find no leisure seating other than the dining table. The loft is quite cramped but adequate and the two bathrooms (and showers) were a definite plus. Although the apartment is in a secured facility we were surprised by two men trying to enter the apartment at 3:30 in the morning. Since we only spoke English and they only spoke Italian we were unable to determine why they wanted to get into the apartment, but they eventually left. You must always take the maximum security measures while traveling. Initially there was a problem with the power in the apartment (main fuse kept blowing with only a few items turned on). The apartment owner had the problem fixed and the last two days were uneventful.

We have read you review about your stay in our apartment, and we thank you for the good comments.
We was thinking about putting a sofa in the living room, but we was afrait to take away too much free space from that room, but we accept any tip from our guests and surely we will consider to put one sofa it in the next days.
I am saying again sorry for the electric problem, now it is completely resolved and any other guest never had this uncomfortable issue anymore since then.
The most important thing is that you didn't tell us about the 2 men that was trying to enter in the apartment in the night; when me and my wife read about this, we was very surprised.
We had never any problem like this, and we are going to investigate about it; can you tell us if you know that they had the keys or they don't?
Please accept our apologies, we hope that you will consider us again for you future travels to Milano.
