Located in the private community of Sanderling, you’ll enjoy community pool, tennis and walking paths. Level 1: 2 outside showers, charcoal grill and enclosed foyer/entry way. Level 2: Laundry facilities, 2 Queen master bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 Singles, full hall bath, and a bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets. Level 3: Great room with vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace and TV/VCR/Stereo with CD, well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and separate ice maker, dining area, sitting room with TV/VCR/DVD.
