Perfect House for a Group!:
The house has three very large bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a new California King bed and a twin bed, the second has a full Murphy bed and a twin bed, and the third bedroom has a Queen
bed and there is a sleeper sofa that folds out to a Queen bed in the pool table room that has a separate bathroom. The Master bedroom has two bathrooms that share a large, walk in shower between them. There are beds for 10 people. There are four DVD players in the house and one VCR.
The swimming pool is surrounded by a wall for privacy and does have a heater, if desired. The lanai room has a TV and looks out over the pool area. There is a brand new gas barbecue in the pool area for grilling steaks, etc.
There is wireless internet access and there is a PC on site for use, if needed.
Centrally Located!:
The house is centrally located in Pacific Beach which is on the bay. The house is near Mission Beach and very close driving distance to downtown and La Jolla. Sea World Adventure Park is within walking distance. Los Angeles is a two hour drive and Disneyland is approx. an hour and half drive.
Well Stocked!:
The house has the simple items that are a pain to buy on your vacation, such as trash bags, paper towels and napkins, laundry soap, and toilet paper. The house is like a treasure - you will constantly find fun items in it that aren't listed here.
