This elegant, ground floor, end unit condo, located in a resort-like setting in North Scottsdale, is newly furnished and decorated. High-speed internet access, 3 TVs and a DVD player are included for your use. Fully appointed kitchen with all appliances, utensils, dishes, glassware and linens. Unit contains an enclosed laundry with a full-size washer & dryer. Each bedroom has adjoining full bathrooms and walk-in closets. You will park steps away from your unit. Striking landscaping with fountains and flowers are just outside your front door. The club house, fitness center, sauna, steam room, and main pool are just to the right of this unit. The pool and lounges await you for a day of sunning and an evening barbecue. Your unit is a 5-minute walk to AJ's market, numerous restaurants, and Starbucks. Various shops and golf courses are nearby. Loop 101 access is 1 mile away.
