This fourth-floor, luxury condominium is located on the beautiful white sands of St. Pete beach. From your private balcony, enjoy breathtaking sunsets and spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the pool and hot tub on premises. Two gas barbecue grills on provided on premises. Sun bathe, swim or take long walks down the magnificent beach just outside your door step. The unit will accommodate up to six people and is fully furnished. There are two bedrooms, two full baths, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. You have your own washer and dryer within the unit. Free Wi-Fi available. The living room area has NEW leather furniture including a convertible queen sofa bed, two leather recliners and 42' flat screen TV. Terry and Carol's place is a great choice for a home base if you visit the St. Pete's Beach area. The condo is well-appointed and comfortable for a group of up to 5 or 6 people. The building in which it is located is also pleasant, with a pool and hot tub, and a couple of gas grills for BBQ's... Although there are none on-site, there are also beachfront tiki bar/grills on both the north & south sides of the property where you can take a break from the waves. The excellent Fort DeSoto County Park is only about 15 minutes away to the south for day trip adventures...All in all, a very nice place to call "home" while you're away!
