Completely furnished large open space kitchen with dinette area plus very spacious Arizona great room looking out to the back and golf course. This is a split floor plan with the master suite featuring a King bed on one side of the home and the 2nd bedroom with a Queen bed on the other side. There is also a Queen sofa bed in the den. Bundled Cable TV, High Speed Wireless Internet and Phone included at no additional charge. TV in living room and Master Bedroom. Fully covered extended patio with propane BBQ, patio furniture and lounger for sunning and relaxing. We also have 3 other rentals. Another one on the golf course and two on interior lots.
