This wonderful charming home is in the historic district of quaint downtown Dunedin. The large sweeping 100 year old oak trees blanket the home with that warm southern charm. Relax on your own private deck that is surrounded by tropical plants only to hear water trickling in the small fish pond. Inside you may want to cook up a sumptuous meal, and sit quietly at the table to enjoy. The beds are all new, (1) king (1) queen (2) twins Everything has been redone. Also washer and dryer are there for your use. We have supplied this home with 4 mountain bikes for our guests. The bike trail is just 2 blocks away from the house. It will take you to the beach and the total bike trail is 39 wonderful miles of paved area to ride or walk on. Your dog is welcome, as long as he or she is well behaved. There is a $100.00 dollar additional pet fee. We also supply all the beach fun you need, Coolers, chairs, umbrella's, boogie boards and towels. And of course the Season Pass to HONEY MOON ISLAND

Stroll downtown and visit the many specialty shops and restaurants, or enjoy the many beaches in the area. We supply a pass to Honey Moon Island, Look that one up on Google....This is the first year we have decided to share our home. Just family has used it. So you know it does not look or feel like a rental. It is a home. Bush Gardens is 35 minutes away and Disney is 1 hour and 30 minutes. Clearwater is next door about 4 miles. There is so much to do and see here. Dunedin is one of the safest towns, you will always feel safe walking around day or night. Just check out Dunedin on Google. Happy travels.

Enjoy the 4 mountain bikes and the child carrier supplied for you travel experiences. Or take a trip to Honey moon Island with our season pass that we supply you. We also supply two roller coolers, umbrellas and 4 beach chairs. Beach towels and boogie boards. Really you just need your shirt and tooth brush. Every thing is here that you might need.

My family had the honor of staying at Linda & Bill's house in Dunedin for a few days and it was great! Linda was great about sending all the paperwork and keeping in touch up until the date we arrived to make sure everything was good when we got there. The house is so charming and so spacious! The back deck has a nice patio table with chairs and is the perfect place to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a margarita after a long day on the beach. All the beds were comfortable, the rooms were big, the bathroom was kept up and every room was stocked with things you accidentally forgot! (hair dryer, towels, coffee, etc.) You can cook a great dinner in the kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room. There are even board games in the tv chest! Its a two minute jaunt to downtown Dunedin (five on the bikes) and a ten minute drive to Honeymoon island, and you'll save jumbo bucks with the pass that is included as well. I just can't say enough good things about our stay. Everyone in my family was so happy to have a place that felt like home where we could enjoy each others company and all be together. And the rates they offered are truly unbeatable, no one believed the price was real when i told them! The entire experience was just wonderful from start to finish. Consider yourself lucky if you get to rent this house.

We had a wonderful stay at this home.
The area is terrific. The house is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a great 10 day family vacation. We plan to return next year.

My self and my girlfriend stayed 2 weeks at this house and had a great time. The house was very clean and the beds were awsome. The kitchen had everything you could want. Close to down town, walking distance. The bikes were a big + We had a blast. Will come again. Thanks

We stayed at Bill and Linda's home and had a wonderful time. The house was great, So close to downtown. We all walked down to dinner often. Honeymoon Island was great. The House was beautiful and felt like home. Every thing went well. We want to come back.
