This beautiful, private, three bedroom home is on the 11th fairway of the newly renovated, exciting Heron Point Golf Course. (It is also extremely close to the tennis courts.)This home has every comfort and upscale amenity you could possibly want for a fabulous, unforgettable vacation! It has been totally renovated with an ultra modern, unbelievable kitchen, with granite countertops, new cabinets and stainless steel appliances! The whole house was freshly painted and carpeted, with new furniture throughout! Plus, it's all on one floor and no steps to climb! Two master bedrooms, each with fabulous king-size beds. The third bedroom has two wonderful full sized beds. And there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room if you need it! This home is literally steps from Harbortown, and the famous Hilton Head Lighthouse. (If you are familiar with Stoney Creek, we are at the beginning of the street.) You won't find another high quality property this close to Harbortown.

This home is literally steps from Harbortown, and the ever famous Hilton Head Lighthouse. (If you are familiar with Stoney Creek, we are at the beginning of the street.) No need to bother with parking in Harbortown or the Shuttle buses... you can walk (or take one of the bikes we provide for free!)... great dining with many choices, all kinds of neat shopping for mom, crabbing for the kids off the dock, charter boats, jet skis, all the harbor fun you want, plus tennis, golf and a spa... All Within Walking Distance!! There's also Greg Russell singing under the famous Liberty Oak tree! And how about the super playground? Not to mention the nightlife in Harbortown!! No need to call a cab...walk home!

D eep sea fishing for red trumpet fish.
O verlooking golf course while lounging
in your heated pool.
N ew England fried clams at Crazy Crab.
O bserving aligators, turtles, newts,
and doe's only steps from back door.
V erizon Hetitage PGA tournament on tap
for next week. Fun watching tents
and grandstands go up around the
links in anticipation of another
tartan jacket winner.
A ddictive Bloody Mary's at the Salty
Dog Cafe's outside bar.
N ext year's Hilton Head Island
vacation can't come too soon!

We've been vacatining at the Harbour Town Inn for years. This year we thought we'd rent a home. We're so pleased we found yours. We had a terrific stay in the Donovan's home in Sea Pines during the month of March 2009. The home is very comfortable with a nice view of the golf course and very close to Harbour Town and the beautiful beach. The weekly house and pool cleaning service together with having the bikes at our disposal was very convenient. The reservation process was handled very professionally by Steve.

Thank you Steve for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Looking forward to returning next year.

We stayed in this lovely home for the month of February. It's perfectly situated and we thoroughly enjoyed our winter "retreat".The owners are most gracious and we thank them for all their courtesies.

Great house and location.....

We had a great time vacationing here. The house was well equipped and family friendly. We used the adult bikes to explore (and hired bikes for the children) which was a real bonus. The house is in a great location for Harbor Town and we only wish it had been warmer and we could have got use out of the pool! The owner was only a phone call away if problems arose and we would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to explore Sea Pines.

We had a wonderful time at the beach and really enjoyed staying at your home. The ranch style home was perfect for our family. The three bedroom and three bath configuration gave everyone plenty of space. The bikes you provided saved me a lot of hassle. The fishing in the pond up the street provide some quick access to fishing in the mornings and evenings. The beds are very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the pool and nightly trips to Harbor Town. It was a great vacation week 7/19-7/26/08. Thanks again for sharing your home with us. Hope to be back soon.
