Beautiful, large, contemporary home with wide open design. This unique home features two large, screened-in porches and a number of balconies. It has a guest wing with two complete kitchens on the main floor. This home provides an opportunity for two families to vacation together and still have their own privacy when needed. Enclosed heated pool provides a private space of your own. Beach access is directly across the street, down a private walkway. This secluded, white sand beach offers wonderful opportunities for shelling, swimming, walking or just soaking up the sun. Swim with the dolphins and enjoy the beautiful view. This island is the best kept secret in all of South Florida!

This island is the former home of Katherine Hepburn and frequently visited by both father and son, President Bush. The island was featured in the recent movie Hoot and Out of time, starring Denzel Washington. Perfect place for fishing groups to stay to enjoy the Worlds Greatest Tarpon Fishing or other sport fishing. You can catch it in the morning and have it cooked at one of the island's restaurants by evening. This island has everything you need for a wonderful getaway!
