Gorgeous loft in the heart of SOMA/South Beach. Spacious living/dining room with wood floors and 14’ windows. Two full baths, one on the main level and one on the loft level. King bed in loft sleeps two. Convertible sofa bed in living room sleeps another 2. Parking is available. Beautiful views of San Francisco and the Bay from a spacious roof deck. Just one block to ATT&T Park, home to the San Francisco Giants. Great restaurants, wine bars, spas and salons within 2 blocks. Whole Foods, Safeway and Walgreen's are a quick walk away. 2 blocks to the San Francisco Bay and the Embarcadero. Walk the Embarcadero to the world famous Ferry Building with Farmer's Market and wonderful gourmet shops and Fisherman's Wharf. San Francisco Shopping Center and the Metreon are also just steps away. Cal Train and MUNI are 1 block away. Freeway access is a breeze.

No need for a hotel any longer!

This was by far our favorite place to stay in San Francisco. The location, the other tenants, the parking and the ablility to walk to so many wonderful places was more then we thought it would be. We felt like "locals"! Transportation, grocery, you name it. And the loft itself was very well maintained, decorated nicely and comfortable. We traveled with a 14 year old and it was just perfect. We plan to make this an annual stay, and hopefully stay longer. Kevin was very easy to work with...We can't say enough good things!

Trust Me, You Want To Stay Here

This is a gem of a rental in a great location! Our family of four (2 adults, 2 young children) stayed for four nights and we were extremely comfortable and very impressed. The loft is supremely clean with all the amenities provided (thick towels, cozy bedding, local recommendations, to name a few), the designated parking spot was reasonably priced and so necessary, and the location was convenient and close to everything. Kevin met us upon arrival and was so accommodating and thorough. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Worth every penny!

My husband and I rented this loft for 3 nights and it had every possible feature we were after - a bright, open, spacious feel, high-end finishes that made us feel we got a lot for our money, central location (seriously convenient to everything), and a designated parking space (it's not possible to overestimate this feature). We used to live in San Francisco so we didn't need directions or suggestions for places to visit - however, Kevin has made sure to provide all that. In addition, Kevin was a pure pleasure to work with. He checked with me before our arrival to find out if we needed anything in the unit, he met us upon arrival to show us to the parking spot and take us through the rental, and in general he was attentive to every possible detail.

We had some friends over and every single one asked for contact info on the loft for out-of-town guests. It's a GEM!

We look forward to returning and renting from Kevin!
