Once you enter the front door you are immediately drawn to the lanai, where you can embrace the ocean and relax and breath deeply. Watch the ocean come to you, the surfers, the palm trees, the sea turtles, the dolphins, the whales (in season), cruise ships but no man made buildings--all from the large lanai. Total privacy from the 3rd floor. Only condo with full length shade (optional use); also beach chairs, mats and coolers for guests and playpack for infants. Fully stocked, recently remodeled (all new kitchen appliances and granite countertops, February 09), turn-key condo in condo complex with elevator, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, security, free covered parking, oceanfront gas barbecue, picnic tables, lounge chairs for grass or sand and snorkel/scuba rental shop.

Condo provides beach chairs, mats and coolers for guests and playpack for infants. Third floor lanai offers privacy and excellent view of ocean for whale watching, dolphins, sea turtles and sunsets.

This is a beautiful place to relax and soak up the sun and ocean view while in Kona. The condo is beautifully decorated, spacious, and clean, and well stocked kitchen with kitchen items - all you can want. Nice pool, great jacuzzi, and spectacular view. We'll come back!

Ken, your condo has absolutely everything anyone could possibly need while on vacation. Your deck and the views were stunning. The whales,the dolphins,the turtles in the tide pools and of course the magical sunsets all added to our great accommodations. We hope one day we can be lucky enough to return. You helped make a dream come true for a couple of frost bitten Canucks. We can't thank you enough.
