Welcome to Royal Emerald, a stunning and luxurious house located in the exclusive gated resort of Emerald Island, just 2 miles from Walt Disney World. Your luxury vacation starts as soon as you drive through the gates of this community, whereupon you are greeted by the impressive dolphin fountain. The Royal Emerald has 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, sleeping up to 14 guests and includes 4 sumptuous King Size master suites.

Each of the 6 bedrooms suites are elegantly and professionally decorated with upscale furnishings, and are each equipped with private cable TV and DVD player. There are also 2 twinned themed rooms for the children along with a Playstation 2 and Xbox. Enjoy our fully equipped games room, which includes a pool, air hockey and foosball table; and an electronic darts board. The house has it's own private pool and spa which is south facing.

Emerald Island Resort is 2 miles from Disney and is located off Highway 192 and is very close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Emerald Island is one of the most well known Orlando vacation home resorts.

Within a short drive you will be able to enjoy the infamous Walt Disney World Resort, Epcot, MGM, Universal Studios, Seaworld, Wet and Wild to name just a few. Why not try the brand new shopping Mall, Millenia, where you'll find all the latest designer names.

You are surrounded by Championship Golf Courses, over 50 in a ten mile radius but if you prefer the beach, then the famous Cocoa and Daytona beaches can be reached in under an hour.

  • Christmas/New Year/Easter require a minimum stay of 1 week.
    Thanksgiving requires a minimum of 5 nights stay.
    There are special rates for rents of longer than 2 weeks outside peak/high holiday periods.
    Pool/Spa Heating £110 per week (Recommended between November and April). Please add 13% Tax to the above prices. Booking deposit required £350 when the villa is reserved. Security deposit of £350. Stays of less than 3 nights incur a £80 cleaning fee.

Facilities include guest services desk, community pool/spa, sauna/steam room, tiki bar, kids play area, sand volleyball court, tennis, gym, cable tv, internet cafe, picnic area and 11 acres of woodland with nature trails for walking, jogging and cycling. The villa is non-smoking. No pets are allowed.

The 4,000 square foot club house has a shuttle service to the attractions, fitness centre, volley ball and tennis court, sauna, computer access to the Internet, heated community pool and spa pool, Video games room, together with children’s play area and Tikki Hut, and is the perfect place to get to know other families. The Clubhouse is very near a trail for walking, jogging or biking which winds through the community’s natural woodland setting.
