A deposit of $200. is required to hold your reservation.We must receive a personal check,money order ,cash or payment by credit card to hold .Payment due when making reservations in full 45 days or less to check-in.

If no damage or mess to home or yard deposit will be returned within 20 days .

Forfeit money for smoking,pets,cleaning fish in home.Please clean fish at Bay Springs Marina.
You can also rent a dock at the Marina for $8.00 per day.
Cancelations Policy:
Occupancy of RV campers and/or tents on the premises,is forbidden.If cancel reservation after has been confirmed less than 45 days money is forfeit .

If you cancel less than 60 days before check-in,you will forfeit you deposit.
If you cancel less than 45 days before check-in.you will forfeit full payment.
The first day of the rental,there will be no refunds for any reason.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.
No cancellations due to bad weather.
Payment is due in full 45 days before arrival.
We accept payment by personal check,postal money order or credit card over the phone.
