This charming 2 Bedroom 1 bath guest house in the beautiful Santa Ynez valley beckons you to sit on it’s covered porch...and do nothing! Set on a ten acre horse ranch, the unique landscaping and tranquil setting will make it hard for you to get out and participate in the many activities available to you in the land of “Sideways.” From wineries, tasting rooms and fine restaurants for the wine connoisseur and gourmet, to hiking, biking, tennis and horseback riding for the athletically inclined. The house has a full, remodeled kitchen that is well equipped if you like to cook and the living room is large with a comfortable sitting area with a gas stove/fireplace and a dining area that seats eight. Another sitting area with a queen size futon can sleep 2 if needed.and a smaller second bedroom also has a queen sized bed. It is Less than five minutes from the towns of Santa Ynez and Los Olivos, and ten minutes from the quaint, Danish village of Solvang. Come and visit us!

A Great Place

This house has everything one would need for a perfect get away. The house is spacious and very well kept on a beautiful and interesting piece of property. I loved walking out the front door to a breath taking view rolling fields and grand mountains in the distance. At night you can sit outside, look up and see the Milky Way.

This was my first time using this website so I had some hesitation however; Michael the owner and wife were great to deal with and walked me through all the steps of booking. Also during our stay we they recommended great places to eat and of course vineyards to taste. They both are welcoming and genuine people.

My friends and I have told many people about our wonderful time in Santa Ynez. I would say if you thinking about going, just go it is worth every penny.

Wonderful Stay!

This house is absolutely lovely and the owners are extremely welcoming and hospitable (they even made sure my husband had his favorite beer to relax by the fire!)
The house is also on the same property as the main house which grounds are landscaped by Oprah Winfrey's landscaper and are absolutely gorgeous. Everything was clean, comfortable and perfect for a relaxing wine tasting weekend for us.

Thank you. We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful, clean and well-maintained property. It is peaceful and relaxing. The front porch & the beautifull trees and landscaping surronding it, combine to put you in a deep relaxation mode. I highly recommend this property.
