Available for rent, is our recently renovated and extremely well maintained family cottage. This incredible beachfront location has an unobstructed view of the Atlantic. The charming quiet neighborhood allows you to stroll or bike down the cottage road and take advantage of the large lawns, landscaping and multiple beaches. Within bicycling distance, however are the restaurants, shopping, and activities found in either Biddeford Pool or Kennebunkport. 15 minutes away is the Fun Town amusement park, and shopping outlets in Kittery and Freeport are both about 1 hour away. The primary living space of the cottage is on the second story allowing you to take advantage of the great views of the ocean. All bedrooms have just been renovated with new Maine Cottage style furniture. The cottage contains all of the comforts of home so that you can enjoy your stay. Even wired and wireless Internet. Come fall in love with our very special place.

The cottage is quietly nestled down a cottage lane between Biddeford Pool and Kennebunkport. Restaurants, shopping and numerous activities are a nice bike ride away. Kennebunkport Village is 10 minutes by car. 3 amusement parks are within 15-20 minutes. In addition, fishing charters, whale watches, bike rentals, windsurfing rentals are all nearby. Outlet Shopping in either Kittery or Freeport is 45 minutes away. Shopping at the Maine Mall is also 30 minutes away.

Incredible find on the Maine Coast

This is one of those properties that lived up to the promotion. We found every thing in great shape and exactly as promoted. Wonderful living/kitchen space; comfortable furniture and great views. The porch is spacious and affords great nigh views as well as daytime observation. The area is ideally suited for biking. This is a whole section of the southern Maine coast that we had bypassed previously and will be definitely headed back to. The only thing that would have make it more interesting was if the owners had put out the unpublished local history of the area in full view so we could have read it prior to the last night. Really filled in the local character. We were able to watch birds, lobster boats and walk to interesting beaches right from the house. Great for a fall visit. Even had a very comfortable bed.

I recently stayed at this home with 2 other adults and 3 very young children. Although the weather could have been better during my stay, this home was perfect. The views of the atlantic are stunning...and the sounds of the ocean can lull you right to sleep.

The location is ideal for young families..during nice weather there are nearby water & amusement parks and it is also close to portland's children's museum & even the zoo in York!

Oh..and my kids loved the bunk beds (even my little boy who slept in a big boy bed for the 1st time)!!

With a fully stocked kitchen, it was easy to eat most of our meals in.

Overall, a fantastic home near some great beaches!!

Si vous souhaitez vivre au son des vagues, c'est vraiment l'endroit idéal! Tranquillité assurée, confort et propreté, voilá comment on peut décrire cette propriété. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter. Excellente collaboration de la part du locateur aussi á mentionner! On s'y sent chez-soi et il ne manque de rien surtout dans la cuisine, tout y est! il n'y manque que vous!

It is clear when staying at Dream Maine Cottage that much care has been taken to maintain this quality quaint home. It's living arrangement allows for the views of a quiet beach to be constantly in view along with the ever changing open ocean. The decor is classic and coastal.
The location is ideal for staying away from the crowds of Kennebunkport yet close to expansive beaches and charming restaurants....perfect for a true Maine escape.

Special place by the sea

This house is an adorable, immaculate cottage with a spectacular view and nearly private beach across the street. Every care has been taken to insure that your stay here is comfortable. The two bedrooms downstairs are small, but adequate with a lot of storage. My daughter was in 7th heaven in the bunkbeds which are located in the hall next to the bedrooms, but with a door so there is some privacy. You can walk outside and in through the deck doors to avoid walking by the bunkbeds on the way upstairs, if necessary. The living area is compact, but definitely big enough. The cottage is located near the end of a dead-end street, so there is very little traffic. The views are awesome and the sound of the sea breaking on the rocks lulls you to sleep at night. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place!
