Completely renovated, it has a fabulous new gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and 2 sinks, a beautiful new bathroom and new furnishings throughout. It also has 2 bedrooms, 1 full and 1 half bath, a large living room with fireplace and granite game table, a great room with large HD flat screen TV plus dining for up to 8. It also includes a washer and a dryer. Located at 159 Noe, it is a safe, boulevard-style, tree-lined street with potted plants, flowers and inviting benches for relaxing and people watching. In the heart of the Castro neighborhood, this flat is within 2 blocks of 6 public transportation lines plus coffee shops, restaurants (1 very good one right next door!), shops, grocery stores, gyms and banks. Duboce Park is less than 2 blocks.

Fantastic flat

This flat is beautifully decorated and appointed, right to the smallest detail. It was spotlessly clean. It is very comfortable and has every possible amenity. The kitchen is gorgeous and fully equipped with high end appliances, dishes, pots & pans, etc. There is a terrific flat screen TV with comfy couch and recliner to relax in.
The bedrooms are luxurious, very comfortable beds and linens. The bathrooms are also beautiful and luxurious, loved the heated floor! The location is perfect for getting easily to all the city's wonderful sights. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, a darling coffee place a block down. The neighborhood is charming, it is a beautiful tree lined street. The owner is very pleasant and easy to work with. I would recommend this flat to anyone coming to San Francisco and would most definitely stay there again on my next visit to the city.

Thanks for the great rental space

Everything about this apartment was perfect for my stay. I stayed for about 5 weeks in the summer of 09. All of my expectations were met and then more. The apartment was spotless upon my arrival and every amenity was provided. Having the luxury of a long stay in SF, I often never left the apartment and neighborhood. The location was awesome for my stay with mass transit of all kinds being very close. Food options were endless . The Noe street address is on a tree lined flat street with a great deal of character. I highly recommend this apartment and honestly have no complaints at all.

We loved our stay in San Francisco in this luxurious, elegant and personal home. The entire party wished we could have extended our stay based on the wonderful atmosphere in our "home". We had a wonderful time in the area and loved the convenient connections to downtown San Fran.
I think we all left with ideas of how we could make our permanent home a little bit more like this one; though the experience of living in San Francisco is hard to duplicate.

A Jewel of a Find

Jeff's flat was pretty close to flawless: Beautifully renovated to show off charming architectural details, with tasteful and comfortable furnishings and decor. Very clean, inviting, well-maintained, and with all the usual kitchen stuff. The apartment is in a wonderful neighborhood within easy walking distance of groceries, liquor stores, coffee shops, restaurants, etc., and public transport (you don't need a car in the City, you can take BART in from the airport or just about anywhere else in the Bay Area). We did have a minor issue with some technical issues regarding cable (these things do happen), but Jeff was very attentive and accommodating. All-in-all, my guests and I feel it would be hard to find a better value. Definitely recommended. We plan to return!

This is an elegant, but very comfortable apartment. The facilities are excellent. (eg. a range of wine glasses, serious cooking utensils) The owner, Jeff, was very easy to deal with and made the logistics less of a hassle. Great area to stay.
