This luxurious Orlando vacation home is situated at Emerald Island Resort. Emerald Island is located two minutes from Walt Disney World and the myriad other resorts and activities that bring millions to Orlando every year. After a day of exploring the sights and sounds of Central Florida, you can retreat through the gates of Emerald Island to the community clubhouse, where its pool and spa beckon. If you prefer, discover the true Florida with a refreshing walk down nature paths abundant with native foliage.

This beautiful no-smoking house is located in a cul-de-sac in the exclusive enclave area and the extra large lot allows for conservation views and lots of privacy. The bedrooms consist of two king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms, and each have their own full bathroom. The two twin bedrooms share an additional full bathroom. For your comfort, all beds have upgraded mattresses. The living room has a sofa sleeper. All linens and towels are provided. There is a full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, cooking utensils, washer and dryer.
The heated (optional) 15 x 30 ft. pool and spa has an oversized deck with a covered lanai, lots of lounge chairs, and 2 tables. There is a child safety fence around the pool. The pool and deck are fully screened.
The game room includes a foosball table and a full-size billiards table to keep the kids happy.
The house is located within 3 miles to Disney, and there are many attractions, shopping and restaurants close by.
The Emerald Island Resort offers an array of complimentary amenities, which are available to our guests. The 4,000 square foot clubhouse has a fitness center, volley ball and tennis courts, a sauna, computer access to the Internet, a heated community pool and spa, video games room, a children's play area and Tiki Hut.
The Clubhouse is very near a trail for walking, jogging or biking, which winds through the community's natural woodland setting.
