My wife and I spent 10 days in this unit in March, 2009. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths is great if you have kids or for multiple couples. We selected it because of our need for internet access. No pool on site but owner has access to the Wyndham complex right next door. They have great pools and a super beach. Go to Richies for dinner as well as Antojitos and Don Pepe's (which doesn't look like much but good local food). Easy access to the Wyndham, Rain Forest and even old San Juan is 45 mins away. If you go to Old San Juan sign up for a walking tour. We had a problem finding a list of things to do so you can search things to do in puerto rico and it will show you some excellent sites. (Can't specify a site in this review).Try biking in Pinones park...neat.

Would recommend this unit and Richard, who was very accomodating.

Exquisite

We had an exquisite time in this lovely apartment. It truly is beautiful. In fact the pictures don't really show how charming it is. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to any of our friends/family. The strong plusses are: it's a very safe and gated community, beautiful views from all rooms, very spacious and comfortable, great outdoor grill if you like cooking out, the balconies were wonderful. The renter is also very nice and easy to talk to. We had no trouble checking in at all and he was very helpful in getting us to the property. The things to ask about are: a new iron, the ac unit in the master (could have gotten cooler and it occasionally leaks water), the window in the master bath could not fully close so (beware of many mosquitoes)! The big screen tv in the living room is nice but it doesn't have HD, it is standard definition. All in all 50 times better than a hotel and such a reasonable price!!

Wonderful place for a family to relax

Our family of four enjoyed staying at this fully equipped villa this week. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony looking at the distant ocean and mountain views. The location is safe and convenient to the beach, restaurants, and food stores. We recommend it very highly.
The description was very accurate and the property was clean and well-maintained. The owner was very helpful, and we hope to stay there again in the future. A car is needed to access the property and amenities.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
