This property was what I expected and within a few steps of the beach. The five bedrooms were all a nice size, with living areas on both first and second floors which was great for the adults and the children. The ocean view from the upstairs deck was beautiful, the downstairs covered deck had lounge chairs for an afternoon siesta. The house could have been a little cleaner (dust accumulating on the walls from the a/c ducts, which needed to be dusted off), but overall was acceptable. Nice kitchen with plenty of plates, glasses, pans, etc. We ate in most meals, big table for 8 of us. A/C worked very well in the upper-90's heat on both floors. Owner was quickly responsive to a problem with one of the showers not draining properly. Lots of books, movies, beach toys,etc. provided. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay.
