This first-class, year-round house on Horseshoe Lake offers you a lakeside getaway with all the conveniences of home. Nestled in a private lake community, it is 1 of only 12 homes and has 75 feet of private shoreline with dock on a natural, spring-fed lake. Large windows look out on the lake and wrap-around deck, which has a gas barbecue grill and picnic table that seats 10. Only 2 hours north of New York City, it is situated in the town of Bethel, home to Bethel Woods Center for the Arts. Upper level: two bedrooms each with a queen-sized bed; one bedroom with bunk beds; a living room with Satellite Dish Cable TV, a fully-equipped kitchen with table that seats 6 comfortably (extra chairs available). Lower level: one bedroom with a queen-sized bed; one bedroom with two twin beds; a sitting room; a fully-equipped kitchen with table that seats 10 comfortably (extra chairs available); a utility room with washer/dryer. Check-in time is 2:30 p.m. Check-out time is 10:30 a.m.

We had a great time. The lake was secluded, beautiful, peaceful. The house itself was spacious, lovely, and well appointed. We were completely comfortable and very pleased with our choice.
