Ranch property less than 90 minutes north of Dallas / Ft Worth. House is secluded in the middle of 160 wooded acres. Swimming pool in very tranquil setting. Several miles of trails through the woods for hiking, mountain biking or bring your horse! (we have stalls). 2 ponds stocked with bass and perch, sand volleyball court, fire ring for evening sit around a campfire. Wildwood Ranch is a perfect setting for a weekend getaway with the family, friends, business associates, church or other small groups.

Swimming in the sports pool, Karyoke in the living room, ping pong and foosball in the garme room, biking on many trails, hiking, and fishing in one of three ponds were the activitities that our family enjoyed over the weekend. Watching a four year catch a perch on a "Princess:" rod and reel was priceless. Paddling an old aluminum boat was great fun as well. The house was comfortable with a great kitchen, and a very nice master suite. Could have used another bathroom.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
