Best of both worlds, just 15 miles west of Downtown Asheville, on a small gravel road this mountain side cottage is the perfect affordable place to stay. Centrally located in Western North Carolina, it is no more than 90 minutes to almost every major attraction. Very close to the blue ridge parkway, and private mountain hikes available. New Hot Tub and Flat Screen TV for August.

The cottage is lovely and comfortable. The cottage was clean and well-maintained and the owner provided detailed information and access to the Internet to help with our daily planning. We had all the necessities. Close to the interstate and getting to Asheville and the Biltmore was easy. We really enjoyed the hot tub at night.

Apple Cottage is a delight! It is surrounded by beautiful North Carolina country and accessible to many sites we visited including: apple orchards, Biltmore Estate, Asheville, Blueridge Parkway, Smokey Mts, and more. Cottage is lovely and very comfortable. It is fully equipped and included coffee which is a must have for late night arrivals. Bathtub has hand rails appreciated by seniors. Location provided easy access to country roads and interstate. Owner provided excellent service. We will return!!
