The prestigious development of Calabay Parc is located on Highway 27, approximately five minutes from Junction 55 of the I-4 from which all the major attractions are accessed. Disney less than 15 minutes, Orlando Airport 35 minutes. Within five minutes drive you have access to supermarkets, restaurants,and fast food. Many local golf courses only minutes away. Furnished to a high standard, this modern and spacious holiday home will provide all the creature comforts of home and more. Air conditioned throughout and cable TV in all rooms. The villa can comfortably sleep 8 people and is ideal for one or two families sharing a holiday together with its two master suites. The deck and pool area is an ideal place to sit and watch the sunset. Our home is truly a home from home.

Calabay Parc is on US27, close (but not too close!) to I4. Within five minutes of our home you have access to restaurants, shops, golf. Disney is approx 15mins, and Orlando International Airport is only 35mins. The local area near I4 is being continually improved with more stores opening almost daily, and it is only a short hop to US192 or International Drive (20mins) for a wider selection of shops and restaurants.

We stayed in this lovely home for a week in March and thoroughly enjoyed it. The only thing we really missed was a gas barbecue grill. We'll come back again and bring our daughter's family with us. The home is perfect for two families.

A Beautiful Home

Just got back from sunny Florida. We have stayed at this home twice over the past few years and it is the ideal home if you have a family. The home is well equipped with lots to do with for the children including a great games room.
The home is spacious with plenty of room to find a quiet corner. The owners are very nice and always call to check everything is ok. We will be staying here again year.

Tidy and comfortable house, though not luxurious

We stayed at the house for two weeks. The decor of this home was nice and comfortable, though the appliances in the kitchen were slightly outdated. The rooms were spacious, which you couldn't see from the photos.

Location is superb. Within 30 minutes drive you can find several sights as well as shopping centers by the highway.

The pool was excellent and especially appreciated by a 3-year-old. There was no water toys, though, so you should buy or bring them with you. Location of the pool was good, too. There was only two neighbours and the view was to the green area.

The house was clean, but you should be prepared to buy for instance wipes and detergent for laundry and dishes. They were lacking completely.

The only big disadvantage of this house was lack of internet connections. However, thanks to that we were able to be on a real vacation...

Communication with the owners was easy and they were nice. We also received exact guidelines in advance, which we appreciated.
