Photos and Description of this New Smyrna Beach holiday condo 1-bedroom king, large living rm, with queen sleep sofa~sleeps 4~1 bath/shower

Our complex 'OCEAN REEF VILLAS' is small, very friendly (48 condos) some are live in owners. Very close to drug stores super markets, restaurants, etc. We have guests happy that come back year after year! Every thing is almost new.~ I furnished it in tropical style and comfort being for most in my mind, with ample seating for guests. Every thing is provided, just bring yourselves, clothes, and tooth brush. Boogie boards, puzzles and toys are here. New Smyrna Beach is the nicest city in Florida. Has much to explore and see. It is quaint, quiet, yet the old town business's and shops exciting. Orlando, (Disney, Universal, Water world and etc.) St Augustine, Cape Canaveral are all with in a 1.5 to 2 hours drive. Daytona is 20 minutes away. Our pool is heated in winter and has a deep end which is rare in most condo complexes. Also we have a kiddie pool for the little ones. A tennis court is along the north side of the building. Also a party room or club house. Also an on site manager.

We are a quiet, peaceful town with many places to go and enjoy.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A modern Shangrala. The little shops and Eateries in old downtown are delightful.We have a Museum in N.S.B. and Daytona. that has been updated -very interesting. A n historic lite house, on the other side of the ocean inlet is fun to see and climb--for the physically able. Can watch the fishing boats come ---real fun.---they always have great catches. The race tracks are in Daytona beach and New Smyrna off of #44. Golf clubs & Gambling ships, every where. Can not forget the great fishing in the ocean & river. Daytona beach is a short drive away with lots of excitement,---- if you want it. Canaveral national sea shore HAS TRAILS AND PRISTINE BEACHES AND PARKING)is to south and butts up to cape Kennedy.straight out Atlantic ave.( route A.1.A.) HAVE NEW BATHROOM AND REFRIGERATOR & TILE FLOORS.

The sofa bed had a brand new queen size memory foam mattress. 2 closets on either side of the hall o the bathroom.with ample bedding and hangers. Also a dresser for your folded clothing. & etc.

I have this little book available to my guests on the desk by the telephone.and it is a real pleasure for me to read and reread , because they are so flattering. It would be imposable for me to think up what they have to say. I have not had any negative comments so far, of course, if i did I would probably tear out the page and that would be the end of that! ha (of course they would be placed on the do not rent to list if I had one)
