Large, 2400 + sq. ft, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo. Hi ceilings, bright and airy, located on golf course. Fully furnished with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 queen hideabeds. 3 TVs, complete kitchen, large great room and full dining room. Pool and spa close by, covered car parking. Golf privileges, tennis courts and clubhouse dining on site. The unit is a corner duplex with 2 sides on the golf course. It has 10 ft ceilings with floor to ceiling sliding doors in all rooms. Air conditioned and heated. Wireless computer connections. Area Description Gated community, close to shopping and entertainment. Quiet, private area, wonderful get away retreat. Beautiful open airy golf course, community has many pools, barbeques and spas. There is a lovely golf course, beautiful clubhouse with wonderful food. Tennis courts are also available. Fruit trees abound, and the grounds are lovely with beautiful trees and flowers.

Great location, close to many activities. Golf courses abound, the gated community includes a swimming pool, spa and barbeque kitchen for each 10 units. Close to great shopping, movie theatres, water park, casinos, wonderful walking or biking paths. Shopping ranges from high end designers shops, outlet shopping, Thursday night art walk, community market of goods and foods and mall. Entertainment varies from local specialty shows, Palm Springs Follies, many clubs and fine restaurants. Something for everyone in the area. Sun during the day, fun at night.

Notes: This is Not a party place. Very suitable for families, couples, friends, those wanting a retreat. It was our parents home, therefore many personal items are there. We appreciate people who will enjoy this lovely home and treat it with respect. We do allow children, but not pets. We also do not allow smoking in the unit.

Golf details: There is an 18 hole executive course on the property which you are allowed to play. The cost for all day is below $50 per person. You may rent carts for an extra fee. The course is beautiful with several water holes, challenging enough for some, and easy enough for all. There are also tennis courts available on the property.

Swimming pools, sauna and spa: There is a swimming pool very close, which includes a separate spa, men's & women's dressing room with shower and sauna. There is also a barbeque area with a sink, counter, built-in gas barbeque and refrigerator. There are tables, chairs and lounges at the pool. There are 4 of these pool areas within a short distance from the unit.

Great Place for a Girlfriends Retreat

The condo may sleep more, but I met two girl friends and we had our own mini-spiritual retreat. The condo is peaceful and spacious (we each had our own bedrooms), with all the amenities, and the setting is beautiful.

Peaceful Retreat

We have stayed in this condo several times and have found that it has become our favorite place to get away from it all. The rooms are spacious and the view of the golf course and mountains is fantastic.
We love it that the pool and jacuzzi are so close and the grounds are so well kept and beautiful--great for walking!
We have found that there are many wonderful places to eat there in the Palm Springs area and then only a short driving distance to Palm Desert where there's great shopping and every imaginable kind of restaurant one could ever want.
What fun and relaxation we have had at this delightful place!

Perfect for family gatherings

This is a very personal and lovely house with plenty of room for a big party, with 3 nice and spacy bathrooms (splendid). Unfortunately we did not use the two patios due to windy and chilly weather, but they looked nice for sunbathing and relaxing. A morning bath in the warm jaccuzi just a few steps away from the house was lovely. The surroundings of a golf course is sperfect if you play golf, if not, it depends on what you think of golf. However, we were a bit disappointed that it was only a short-hole golf course, although it was nice and fun to play. There a lots of nice restaurants with moderate pricing, both in the old Palm Springs and between PS and Indian Wells. And we do recommend a trip with the aerial tramway up to the mountains, it was quite cool. In January it was a beautiful snow landscape up there. This is a nice place to stay if you want to feel the atmosphere of Palm Springs.

Perfection in Palm Springs

We stayed at this condo for a long weekend in the fall of 2008. It is the ideal place to stay when visiting beautiful Palm Springs! The condo was very neat and tidy, and was a wonderful, cool retreat from the heat! We rented bikes from a local mobile bike rental business and rode all over the city. We also played a game of golf on the luxurious course enveloping these condos. We loved the pool and hottub that was next to the condo - there were so few people around, it felt like our own private pool! And I liked that I felt very safe in this beautifully groomed, gated community - and without feeling cut off from the diversity that Palm Springs offers. We had looked at some of the local hotels/motels and not only were the reviews very mixed, but many of the prices were well over $200/night. We will always try to stay at the Eichenberger condo whenever we visit Palm Springs! We love it there!

Fabulous Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed every minute of our vacation at this spacious condo. Everything we needed to move right in and relax was provided.

We enjoyed swimming, laying in the lounge chairs at the pool, golfing, exploring Palm Springs, the great variety of shopping in the area, soaking in the hot tub, playing games as a family at the game table and barbecuing right at the pool.

The location is fabulous--something for everyone within a short distance. However, we enjoyed the resort feel of the condo so much that we were happy to just stay on the property.

I definitely would recommend this property. We'll be back.
