This isn’t your typical mountain rental. Built in 2007, this 2250 sq ft ski-in/ski-out house has a walk-out basement to SolVista’s ski run and boasts bright colors and a clean, modern design. An amazing view can be found from any window. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. New Hot Tub right next to ski hill and lift. The top floor has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a loft area with a twin bed and desk. Bedroom #1 on the top floor has a king bed and flat screen TV, and bedroom #2 has a queen bed and TV. Both bedrooms have spectacular views. The main floor is the primary gathering place with a gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room, deck, full bathroom, and stereo surround sound with iPod cable. Bedroom #3 is also on the main floor with a twin-over-full bunk, twin bed, toddler bed, and TV/DVD. A large family room with 46in flat-screen TV, 4th bedroom (twin-over-twin bunk) and 3rd full bathroom is located in the walk-out basement. The ski run and lift is just outside the door.

Summer activities include world class golf at Headwaters Golf Course, trout fishing on the Frasier and Colorado Rivers, rafting, hiking and mountain biking on the trails right outside of your door. Lazy summer days can be spent hanging out in Grand Lake or Winter Park at the fun shops and restaurants, or just sit on the deck and watch the sun set over the Never Summer Range.

If you are looking to play in the snow, look no further. With the ski lift right outside the door, you are able to ski and snowboard right up to the house. Watch your kids ski from the back deck or the hot tub! Sleds and snowshoes are provided for those who wish to explore the hill at a more leisurely pace.

The home includes an office desk and wired/wireless Internet - a great place to “work from home”. A one car garage is attached to fill with your mountain bikes! After a day of playing you can visit Hot Sulphur Springs for a hop in the famous healing waters. Evenings can be enjoyed by playing board games or the piano by the fireplace.
