Santa Cruz holiday house

The kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art appliances, like Miele and Gaggenau, including automatic espresso maker, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 warming drawers, wine cooler and ice maker. There is plenty of dishware and flatware for a large crowd. On each side of the kitchen is a 3 stool bar so that your guests or family can keep you company. The large kitchen window disappears completely leaving you with an unbelievable view. Next to the kitchen to the right is an extra family room with 2 couches and a flat screen TV. Facing the other direction is the dining area which flows into the living area and game room. The dining table seats 8 but there are 2 additional leafs to bring the seating capacity up to 12 but we also have additional folding tables and chairs. The living area has 1 large couch and 4 easy chairs facing the beautiful fireplace. The windows are huge and the view goes on forever from all of these rooms.

Both the upstairs master suite and the downstairs master suites have en-suite bathrooms and spectacular views. On the upper floor there is also queen sized bedroom with a bath across the hall. On the lower floor in addition to the suite there are 2 'bunk rooms' with four beds in each room. The bunk beds are hand made for the room and each room has large windows. There is a large bathroom between the bunk rooms and another bath next to the family room which has a flat screen TV, cozy seating, pool table, bar and kitchenette. Again, views from each of these rooms downstairs. Each of the 5 bathrooms are completely unique with beautiful tiles and other appointments. There is a washer and dryer on both floors for your convenience.

'Rockview' as we call it is our home away from home. We have never tired of the views of sunrise and sunset, dolphins playing, sea otters eating and some of the best surfers in the world right in front of you. All of the people who have stayed there with us are astounded by the beauty and we all believe it really is a magical place.
