This was a fantastic house! It was very clean and ready for us when we walked in the door. This was literally walking distance to the Comal and was so easy to get to. This was the perfect place for an unforgettable Girlfriend's Getaway, and we thoroughly enjoyed it! I would recommend this to everyone! We all said that we'd return.....and hopefully next year!

Great for a Family Getaway

Our family had a great time in this very cute rental, it had everything we needed and plenty of room for six (4 adults, 1 teenager & a toddler) for a wonderful end of summer weekend! It's near the heart of beautiful New Braunfels and within walking distance (or a very short drive) for shopping and dining as well as the Comal river and Schlitterbahn. It was also a very comfortable base-camp to our other longer excursions to San Antonio and the Hill Country. The owners are incredibly nice and very responsive. I highly recommend it for just about anyone including families or just a fun getaway with friends. We can't wait to come back next year! The only tiny suggestion I would probably make is maybe a bigger barbeque with an outdoor light near it so that you can cook (and see it in the evening) for everyone at once. Its always more fun to cook outside than worry about cleaning up a kitchen when you're on vacation with the family. :) Thanks for a great time!

This was a great house for our family vacation!!! It had everything we needed, it was super clean, and the location could not have been better!!! Suzanne was very easy to work with. We loved it!
The backyard was so peaceful. The beds were amazing!! And, don't leave without enjoying the huge bathtub!! We'll be back!

Home away from home.....

My family and I were there the weekend-week before 4th of July. The place is adorable. Warm and inviting. The owners did such an amazing job making you feel comfortable. It was so cozy I felt like I was at my home away from home. The pictures do not do the place justice.
The place is close to everything. With in walking distance to river park. Quiet area for being so close to everything.

Just Wonderful!!!

If you are traveling with a family or even without I HIGHLY reccommend this home. My husband and 3 daughters and I stayed here for a week in June 2009 and it was perfect. I affords us the space to seperate out and unwind after a day full of play. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything you could possibly need - down to a spatula. I mean it has everything.
Thank you to those who rent it and we will be back - hopefully sooner than later!!!
